High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of Patient Financial Services Orientation program and required annual education. -
Licensure/Certification:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a financial, business office, or customer service environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong typing skills.

At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience required.
