Role Overview: The Manager of Corporate Provider Network Management (CPNM) Contract Administration leads the operational processes supporting the provider contracting lifecycle. This role ensures the accurate and timely submission of contract documentation, maintains data integrity, and supports compliance across all contract administration activities.

This position is fully remote and may be performed from any location within the United States, with required availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Associates must have access to a reliable high‑speed internet connection capable of supporting daily responsibilities, with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Fully remote associates residing in states where reimbursement is required by contract, law, or regulation may submit for appropriate expense reimbursement.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the end‑to‑end provider contract submission process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational standards, including that contract packages meet internal quality standards before submission.

Supervise contract administration and support staff, including guidance, training, performance feedback, and workload management.

Ensure contract documentation, credentialing materials, and supporting information are collected, validated, and uploaded per requirements and maintain accurate records, tracking logs, and dashboards to support operational reporting and transparency.

Monitor intake queues, submission workflows, and processing timelines to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

Partners closely with cross-functional teams, including contracting, credentialing, provider enrollment, and configuration, to ensure efficient and consistent workflows. This role also oversees contract administration staff, drives process improvements, and supports internal contracting operations.

Identify and recommend process improvements to address workflow gaps and data integrity issues.

Develop, update, and maintain job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across contract administration activities.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
5 or more years of leadership, supervisory, or team-leader capacity experience.

7 or more years of network management or contract administration experience.
