Bricks & Minifigs Fairfield is a unique store that allows people to buy, sell, and trade LEGO® products. We offer a wide variety of new and retired LEGO sets, as well as bulk bricks, individual minifigures, and accessories.
Our goal is to exceed customer expectations with every store experience by providing awesome customer service, products and displays.
We're looking for a Retail Key Holder to help lead the store floor, open and close the shop, assist with customer trades, and set the tone for great customer experiences when management isn't on-site.
If you are…
- At least 18 years of age
- Experienced at sales with a minimum of 1 year of prior retail experience (required)
- Good with kids
- Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions independently
- Friendly and outgoing
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Trustworthy with store keys, alarm codes, and cash handling (mus have great references)
- Able to work primarily weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, including securing keys, alarm, and cash drawer procedures
- Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of store leadership
- Assist in customer trades
- Generate sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Provide accurate information and stay up-to-date with new products and services
- Help organize, build, and display products
- Process payments, refunds, and end-of-day cash reconciliation
- Ensure store security procedures are followed, including opening/closing checklists
- Handle basic issue resolution and customer concerns on shift
- Light maintenance work (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and removal of garbage)
- Continue learning and improving personal sales techniques and mentor newer associates
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
