Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53213
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extensions
Patient Service Area (PSA): Greater Milwaukee
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 8-hour Day Shift
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Shift Information: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Alternative Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts may also be available
- On Call / Call Back Requirements: None
- Weekend Rotation: None
- Holiday Requirements: None
- Floating Requirements: None

- Beds: N/A
- Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? No – 2 years of Hospice experience needed
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if they have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience

- Shift Times: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
