We are a third-generation family-owned custom home building company that has been contributing to the residential home industry for six decades. Due to low home inventory and high industry demand, we are able to provide exceptional financial opportunity for individuals that are capable of representing CWC with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Informing clients with knowledge of our building process.
- Creating/Maintaining outstanding, professionally beneficial relationships with current and potential clients.
- Contacting necessary parties for payment status.
- Daily display of strong written and oral communication skills.
- Handling electronic and hard-copy files.
Requirements:
- Confidence to work in a fast paced, highly challenging, and ever evolving environment.
- Ability to adapt and learn new processes.
- Consistent display of energetic stamina and commitment to one’s responsibility set.
Compensation:
Compensation shall include a commission-based, but guaranteed, $60,000/year draw with 6-figure earning potentials via profit sharing. Pending a 90-day trial period, residual commissions, optional health benefits, retirement options, and company assistance with fringe benefits are all available. Candidates attempting to take advantage of this opportunity will be paid as traditional W-2 employees. Valid driver's license is required as new company vehicles will be provided with paid insurance and maintenance. Previous industry experience is not required; however, collegiate and military attendance is highly regarded.
