Core Duties of a Verizon Sales Associate:
- Engage with potential customers daily, introducing products and services with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
- Learn the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, following a structured and proven process.
- Build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Present product features and benefits in a way that’s simple, relatable, and tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Meet with customers to provide consultations, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Follow up with warm leads, nurture interest, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Track customer interactions, update account details, and manage your personal sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
Verizon Sales Associate Qualities:
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Customer service experience and skills is a bonus
