Step into the heart of our precast plant and guide the flow of work from first form prep to final cure. As the Precast Plant Operations Supervisor, you orchestrate crews, schedules, and quality checks to keep products moving safely and on time.
You arrive before the first pour, review production dashboards, walk the yard, and realign resources to hit delivery dates. You host a quick safety huddle, verify form readiness, and check mix specs with the team. Throughout the shift, you track progress against the schedule, jump in to remove bottlenecks, and document results for leadership.
