Assist mortgage production managers designing and delivering ongoing training sessions to enhance loan officers’ product knowledge, sales capabilities, and member service skills.
Mentor Loan Originators with hands‑on coaching for restructuring loan scenarios, improving deal strategies, and ensuring compliance, clarity and accuracy in the communication of product features and rate information to borrowers.
Participate in and lead mortgage committee for underwriting questions, appraisal review, secondary market exceptions, portfolio recommendations and builder review.
Prepare and elevate files to Senior Management when necessary.
Team Lead file reviews will be completed daily to ensure the accuracy of loans prepared by new hires. This information will be tracked, reviewed with managers, and used as an additional training tool.
Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines.
Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed.
Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services.
Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy.

Perform other duties as assigned.
3 – 5 years of Mortgage experience
Excellent service, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in loan origination systems and CRM tools.
Knowledge of mortgage products, loan structuring and credit analysis.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision experience.
Market awareness, sales and business development skills.
The eligibility to meet the requirements of the SAFE Act to be registered with NMLS.
High school diploma or equivalent is required, a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
