Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the premises to monitor safety and security conditions
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or security breaches using surveillance systems and direct inspection
- Manage access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for authorized personnel and visitors
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations by following established post orders.
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security events, accidents, or disturbances with clarity and accuracy
- De-escalate conflicts through effective communication and conflict management techniques while maintaining professionalism at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable, especially those involving physical security or military background
- Demonstrated ability to operate surveillance equipment, access control systems, and perform routine patrolling duties
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures including first aid, CPR, AED use, and fire safety measures
- Familiarity with incident report writing that clearly documents events for legal or administrative purposes
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and performing patrols over extended periods
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict de-escalation effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
