THIS IS A TEAM DRIVING POSITION
True Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A Team Drivers nationwide to haul consistent Forward Air freight.
We are looking for drivers who want strong miles, competitive weekly earnings, quality equipment, and steady work.
Established teams are encouraged to apply, and experienced solo drivers interested in team driving are welcome.

HOW TEAM PAY WORKS
Drivers are paid $0.80 per mile, team split.
Each driver is paid for half of the total miles the truck runs.
Example:
If the team runs 6,000 miles in a week:
6,000 team miles ÷ 2 drivers = 3,000 paid miles per driver
3,000 miles × $0.80 = $2,400 gross per driver
Actual weekly miles and earnings may vary based on freight, route, availability, home time, and other operational factors.

We welcome applications from experienced solo CDL-A drivers who are interested in transitioning to team driving.
When possible, we can work with qualified solo applicants to help identify a compatible team partner.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate as part of an OTR CDL-A driving team
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer throughout the United States
- Pick up and deliver Forward Air freight safely and on time
- Maintain accurate ELD logs
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow assigned routes and dispatch instructions
- Maintain communication with Operations
- Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
CDL-A DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years
- Acceptable driving and safety record
- Ability to meet Forward Air and company qualification requirements
- Ability to pass all required background, safety, and DOT qualification requirements
- Ability to operate safely in an OTR team environment
- Reliable communication with Operations
- Professional and safety-focused attitude
