About This Position
As a Sales Representative at Grizzly New Marketing, you'll be connecting with business owners to discuss how our digital marketing services can help them reach more customers online. You'll prospect new clients, manage your own pipeline, and work toward closing deals with the full support of our training and coaching infrastructure behind you.
This is a base salary plus commission role — meaning you have income stability from day one with significant upside as you build your book of business. We provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching so you have everything you need to ramp quickly and perform consistently.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and reaching out to small and medium-sized business owners to introduce our digital marketing services
- Conducting consultative conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Managing your pipeline and following up consistently to move deals forward
- Collaborating with our team and utilizing our training resources to improve your performance
- Representing Grizzly New Marketing professionally in every client interaction
Who We're Looking For
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the drive to hit goals consistently
- Comfortable with prospecting and initiating conversations with business owners
- Professional communication skills — written and verbal
- Stable work history that demonstrates reliability and follow-through
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Compensation
- Base salary plus performance-based commission
- Estimated annual earnings: $65,000–$140,000 depending on experience and performance
