Position – Steel Stud Foreman
Job Location – Lake Mills, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:45am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $35 - $45 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
Understand the full scope of work for framing.
Read and understand project blueprints.
Lay out walls and other necessary information needed to erect walls and soffits.
Document any changes to floor plans that require extra material and labor for billing purposes.
Inform the field supervisor or project manager of any plan discrepancies or changes.
Follow Suburban’s safety protocol, GC site safety requirements, and OSHA standards.
Attend onsite foreman meetings required by the general contractor.
Keep records of onsite tools and hardware.
Direct onsite labor to accomplish schedule deadlines.
Qualifications
Gas and powder-actuated tool certification preferred; additional training is available.
Aerial lift/scissor lift certification preferred.
Basic power tool knowledge.
Detail-oriented.
Basic math skills.
