Lead and motivate the team to deliver an amazing pizza and guest experience

Work multiple stations: dough stretching, saucing, cheesing, cutting, register, and phones

Run high-energy shifts while maintaining quality and speed

Ensure every pizza meets Marco’s five-star standards

Coach and train new team members in our culture of accountability and excellence

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the shift

Learn key management skills: labor control, inventory, and scheduling

Minimum age: 18 with dependable transportation

Restaurant or leadership experience preferred (not required if you’ve got drive)
