About the Opportunity
NoCo CleanCo is seeking reliable, detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our network of independent contractors. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position. We are looking for established cleaners, owner-operators, and small cleaning teams who want additional residential cleaning jobs while maintaining the flexibility of running their own business.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential cleaning services using a provided cleaning checklist
- Complete occasional add-on services (oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, etc.) when requested
- Use our scheduling app to clock in/out and track completed jobs
- Provide your own standard cleaning supplies and equipment
- Deliver professional, high-quality service to homeowners

Requirements
- Must be an independent contractor or willing to work as a contractor
- Residential cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication and punctuality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Must pass a background check
