Pay Rate: $17 – $20/hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials
Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of our residents every day.
Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance
Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility support
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents and families
Assist with recreational and social activities to promote engagement and well-being
Support residents with hydration, nutrition, and daily living needs
Accurately document care provided, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care plans
Active Florida CNA license required
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
