Before & After School Child Care Associate

At Kids Club, you'll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow before and after the school day.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:15 PM – 5:00 PM
- Additional hours on early release Wednesdays, school vacation days, teacher workshop days, and snow days.

- Eligible for the State of Maine Early Childhood Educator Workforce Salary Supplement Program. Qualified employees may receive an additional monthly bonus on top of their hourly wages. Monthly supplement amounts are determined by the State of Maine based on your education and experience as documented through Maine Roads to Quality (MRTQ).
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Loves working with children
- Brings enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude each day
- Works well with others and enjoys being part of a team
- Communicates effectively with children, families, and coworkers
- Has a basic understanding of child development
- Is dependable, responsible, and punctual
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent
- Is willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification (paid for by us)
- Must successfully complete the State of Maine fingerprinting requirement for child care employment
