NurseCore is seeking highly skilled nurses with hands-on ventilator and tracheostomy care experience to provide one-on-one care for adult patients in the home setting.
LPN: $27/hr. RN: $40/hr.
What You’ll Do:-
Provide 1:1 skilled care for trach and vent-dependent patients in the home setting.

Manage trachs, vents, airway care, suctioning, G-tubes, and medication administration.

Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to vent alarms and respiratory changes.

Follow physician orders and care plans while working independently.

Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and the clinical team.
What You’ll Need:-
Recent hands-on experience managing tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients.

Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.

Minimum one year post-grad clinical experience.
-
Current hands-on CPR certification .
-
Negative TB test within the past year
