Vertical Building Construction Superintendent Requirements:
- 5 Years of Commercial Construction experience OR 2 Years Vertical Building or Metal Stud Construction experience required
- Previous Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Similar Field Leadership experience required
- PM or Estimating experience is a plus
- Experience with HCSS Reporting or GPS Machine Control is a plus

Vertical Building Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
- This role involves leading field operations for commercial, municipal, and industrial building projects from sitework and foundations through completion
- Responsibilities include coordinating crews, subcontractors, structural and MEP trades, materials, equipment, inspections, schedules, safety, quality, and daily site logistics while working with the project team to resolve field issues
- Additional duties may include permitting, project documentation, facility and infrastructure upgrades, and coordinating with maintenance and leadership teams
