Duties
- Clean studio & individual contrast therapy rooms between guests. We have extremely high standards of cleanliness in our studio!
- Cordially welcome and greet customers by name at check in
- Educate our clients. Speak confidently to the science and benefits of contrast therapy, red light therapy, and our retail offerings such as Cymbiotika and LMNT (we will train you!)
- Sell memberships to earn bonuses
- Use Mindbody software to manage appointments and make sales
- Offer each new guest a studio tour
- Maintain and organize the towel supply area
- Assist with administrative duties such as texting and calling guests
- Opportunity to work events!

- Completely comfortable with the sales process both in-person & over phone (we'll provide great training on our scripts, but be comfortable making sales)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or retail sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently, and trustworthy enough to be a keyholder
- Flexible schedule, must be available weekdays and willing to work at least 2 weekends per month
- Solid understanding of contrast therapy and red light therapy, as well as the benefits behind each modality at Melt Well
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
- Familiarity with Mindbody CRM operating procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks effectively, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Experience with product demos is advantageous for enhancing customer engagement
