We are currently hiring a manager for Mission Navy Yard, our busiest location located steps from Nationals Park. Mission blends lot of elements, including great bar food, vibrant happy hours, bottomless brunch, multiple private event spaces and busy weekend late night with DJs. People can get a quesadilla or margarita anywhere- they wait in line at Mission due to the incredible atmosphere and fun environment that we prove daily. Ideal candidates will have either management or bartending experience in high-volume bar-focused establishments. Our managers work with the corporate team and fellow managers to enforce standards, follow procedures and ensure guests have a top-notch experience. We maintain a strong team environment where managers and staff work together on common goals of increasing revenue and ensuring guest satisfaction. With a team of managers, we rotate opening and closing shifts but this job will include sometimes working late. Managers must obtain a valid DC ABRA manager's license.
