Part-time - Commercial Janitor Job - Oakland Park
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated commercial cleaner to join our team and provide morning cleaning services for a retail store in Oakland Park. The job includes routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Schedule: 7 days a week (Mondays to Sundays starting at 7:45am). Store opens to the clients at 9:30am
- Salary: $800 per month.
- Payment: $400 paid every 7th and 22nd of the month. (via direct deposit)
Payment organization:
- Days worked between 1 and 15 paid every day 22
- Days worked between the 16th and the last day of the month paid every 7th
We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must have a smartphone
- Must be able to download and use our company app (clock in/out, upload photos, etc.)
- Must have a valid SSN
- Must be dependable, responsive, and proactive
