Position Responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed dealership goals.
· Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
· Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, and closing ratios.
· Work closely with the Finance and Service Departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and sales strategies.
· Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
· Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
· Must have Sales Manager experience
· Experience with high-end luxury vehicles preferred
· Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales objectives
· Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
· Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
· CDK proficiency is a plus
· Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
