Position: Mid-Senior Help Desk Technician
Location: Washington, DC (100% Onsite, 5 days/week)
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens only (must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance)
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of IT Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365
- Azure AD (Entra ID) user administration
- Intune/Endpoint Manager for device management
- SharePoint administration and support
- Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android troubleshooting
- SaaS applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and mFax
- Ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience providing Tier II/III technical support
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
