Responsibilities
- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth shift management and exceptional guest services
- Lead and supervise staff members, fostering a positive team environment and providing coaching as needed
- Manage event planning and execution within the club, including fitness classes, social gatherings, and special functions
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate report writing on club performance, incidents, and operational activities
- Supervise cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Coordinate with management to implement policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality, resort, or nightclub settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in events management and shift coordination
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Previous assistant manager experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of report writing, safety procedures, and operational best practices
