At OPC, we don’t just need another technician — we’re looking for a high performer to join our brand-new powder coating line and production facility in Jeffersonville, IN.
This is an immediate opening with applications due ASAP.* It’s a ground-floor opportunity to work with new equipment, establish best practices, and lead maintenance in a high-performance culture. For the right person, this position also offers potential responsibilities as the Production Supervisor*.

Equipment You’ll Master
- Pre-treatment washers & dry-off oven
- Powder spray booth, guns, and related equipment
- Multiple straightline conveyor systems & drives
- Curing ovens, both electric IR and gas convection
- Compressed air systems
- Pumps, motors, and PLC-controlled systems
Key Skills & Expertise
- Strong electromechanical diagnosis and repair ability.
- Electrical troubleshooting: 480V, 3-phase, VFDs, PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Mechanical systems: gearboxes, bearings, motors, drives
- Welding, fabrication, machining for on-the-spot repairs
- Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics
- Preventive & predictive maintenance planning
- Strong safety knowledge (LOTO, OSHA compliance)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under pressure
