We are actively hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for OTR routes out of Rio Linda, CA. No prior trucking experience is required to qualify - show up with a valid CDL-A and the determination to succeed and we will take care of everything else from there. This role was created for newly licensed drivers who are ready to hit the road earn strong consistent pay and come home every two weeks on a rotation that never changes and never gets broken.

PAY:
- Annual earnings: $62,400 - $78,000
- Weekly take home pay: $1,200 - $1,500
- Orientation completion bonus: $300 delivered in full immediately upon finishing the program
- Per mile rate: $0.50 CPM

JOB DETAILS:
- Role: OTR - Full Time
- Freight Type: No-Touch Dry Van on each and every assigned load every time
- Home Time: Every two weeks - a hard guarantee that never bends breaks or gets moved for any reason
- Schedule: Day and night shift placements are both on offer and available; some weekend availability may be needed based on how loads are moving
- Weekly mileage: 1,800 - 2,400 miles

- Every truck in the fleet is a 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadia kept in outstanding condition and ready to perform at peak level at all times
- Automatic transmission is installed as standard on each and every truck in the complete fleet
- Dry van trailers are the only trailer type used and are assigned on every single load without variation

REQUIREMENTS:
- A valid and currently active Class A CDL is a hard and absolute requirement for every single applicant without any exceptions whatsoever
- No prior experience required - recently licensed CDL graduates are strongly encouraged and warmly welcomed to apply
- All candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time their application is submitted
- A completely spotless clean and fully verifiable driving record is a hard non-negotiable requirement for all candidates
- Any record of SAP program involvement or DUI history of any kind is a firm automatic and permanent disqualifier with absolutely zero exceptions
- All applicants must fully pass a comprehensive DOT physical examination and completely clear a pre-employment drug screening before being authorized to begin
- Must reside within a commutable realistic and manageable distance from Rio Linda, CA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accept complete full and total responsibility for all Class A tractor-trailer operations on every assigned OTR run while maintaining the absolute highest standards of professionalism and safety without compromise at every single stage
- Conduct thorough in depth and fully detailed vehicle inspections at both the start and the conclusion of every individual haul without skipping a step or cutting a corner at any point
- Keep every ELD electronic log completely accurate fully current and in strict total compliance with all DOT rules regulations and standards that apply at all times
- Follow every DOT requirement and every company safety policy with exact unwavering precision and complete consistency throughout the full duration of each and every haul
- Maintain ongoing proactive professional clear and timely communication with dispatch throughout the entire length of every single delivery from the very first stop to the very last
