Home Heart Florida is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one private-duty nursing care for a medically complex child in their home in the Wauchula, FL area. This is a rewarding chance to make a real difference in one family's life while working in a supportive, one-patient setting.
What you'll do:
- Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home, following the plan of care
- Monitor and document the patient's condition and report changes to the care team
- Partner with the family with compassion, education, and reassurance
Schedule:
- Daytime shifts available, with an occasional overnight. We'll build a schedule that works for you.
What we're looking for:
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- A caring, dependable approach and reliable transportation
- Pediatric or private-duty experience is welcomed; experience with tracheostomy, G-tube/GJ-tube, suctioning, and seizure care is a plus but not required — we provide training
