Part-Time Optical Sales & Customer Service – West Kendall
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable team member to join our optical office in West Kendall on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with frame selection and eyewear needs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support optical sales and recommend products based on customer preferences
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Handle basic office and administrative tasks
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Optical experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
