Korzen Health is seeking a dedicated a Psychiatrist to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. This position offers flexible scheduling options — available as a full-time inpatient/outpatient role or a part-time outpatient position — and can be structured as either W2 employment or 1099 contracting based on preference. Visa Sponsorship available.
Position Highlights:

Full-Time Option: Combination of inpatient and outpatient work with earning potential of $400,000+ annually

Part-Time Option: Outpatient-only practice with flexible hours

Supervision and collaboration with experienced mid-level providers

Standard call rotation consistent with other Psychiatry providers

Qualifications

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).

Active or eligible medical license

Experience or strong interest in addiction treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a collaborative approach to care.

Previous experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus.
