Bright View Exterior is a fast-growing insurance restoration company serving homeowners across Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania — roofing, siding, and gutters. We did 80 claims last month with an average contract value of $20,000–$25,000, and we're scaling our closer bench from 8 to 10–12 reps for peak storm season.
The Role
Full-cycle closer in insurance restoration. You knock storm-damaged neighborhoods in the DMV, inspect properties, file claims, run the adjuster, and bring home a signed contract and deposit check. Our back-end team handles estimates, supplements, scheduling, and install — so you close and move to the next one. Average claim approval in 30–45 days.
Compensation
- $500 paid for boot camp completion (week one)
- First 30 days: $250 per claim filed paid entirely to you — no split — while shadowing experienced closers
- 10% flat commission on total contract value (~$2,500 per $25K deal)
- 25% of commission paid week 1 when first check arrives, remaining 75% paid the week of final check (1–2 weeks after install)
- Weekly pay cycle
- Top reps producing $1M+ in personal annual revenue
Already Producing?
If you have experience in insurance restoration, roofing, or D2D and can show stats — pay stubs, 1099s, or production reports — bring them to the interview. Comp is negotiable for proven closers. We'll give you leads. Show us what you can do with them.
What We Want
