DSK Law is seeking a Florida Bar-licensed Litigation Attorney to join our Tampa office. This role focuses on commercial, business, contract, property, and insurance litigation with hands-on experience in state and federal courts across Florida.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil, commercial, and business litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Take/defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Support case strategy and client communication
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar License (required)
- Experience in litigation or civil litigation (1–5+ years preferred)
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
- Motivated, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases
