Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Delivery Driver to support our Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy operations. This role is responsible for the safe, timely, and confidential delivery of medications and pharmacy supplies to assisted living facilities, group homes, and other healthcare locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescription medications and pharmacy supplies to LTC facilities on assigned routes
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
- Verify deliveries using delivery logs and obtain required signatures
- Safely operate a company-provided vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff regarding deliveries, delays, or issues
- Handle medications with care and accuracy at all times
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Represent the pharmacy professionally when interacting with facility staff
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift and carry delivery totes (up to ~30 lbs)
- Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Basic smartphone or tablet use for delivery documentation
- Prior delivery, courier, or healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
