Concordia of Cranberry is hiring a Maintenance Director for their beautiful and conveniently located Personal Care facility. The Maintenance Director is responsible for preserving the condition of the premises and performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
This position features a Monday through Friday schedule with on-call hours, competitive pay (we pay based on experience), and a full benefits package.
If waiving health insurance, you can earn an additional $1.50/hour.
Qualifications of a Maintenance Director:
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications in HVAC or building maintenance technology is a plus
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Director are included but not limited to:
- Frequent rounds ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintaining all systems to ensure functionality
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
- Makes timely repairs as needed
