We're looking for someone who is more than a general construction Project Manager. You need to understand underground wet utility construction and what it takes to successfully put pipe in the ground.
The right candidate will understand how excavation conditions, elevations, grades, existing utilities, groundwater, material availability, inspections, testing, tie-ins, field production, and sequencing can impact a wet utility project.
You should be comfortable reviewing budgets and forecasts while also working directly with a Superintendent to solve a utility conflict, address production concerns, coordinate a tie-in, or keep an underground crew moving.
Most importantly, we're looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of the project. When challenges arise, you work with the field team, client, and project partners to develop a solution and drive the work forward.
