We are seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Crew Leader / Foreman who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys developing both landscapes and people.

What You’ll Do
As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading the daily execution of landscape installation projects from start to finish.
Lead and supervise a landscape installation crew on high-end residential and select commercial projects
Read and execute landscape plans, layouts, and installation details accurately
Coordinate daily production, materials, and workflow to meet project schedules
Install trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, seasonal color, and other plant materials
Perform grading, planting, bed preparation, drainage improvements, and site enhancements
Assist with hardscape elements and landscape construction details as needed
Operate and oversee safe use of trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment
Ensure proper planting techniques and high standards of craftsmanship on every job
Train, mentor, and lead crew members with accountability and professionalism
Communicate with Project Managers regarding job progress and field conditions
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company in the field
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership of the work and sets the standard for quality.
5+ years of professional landscape installation experience required
Minimum 2 years in a Crew Leader / Foreman / supervisory role required
Strong ability to read and interpret landscape plans
Solid knowledge of plant material and proper installation practices
Experience operating landscape equipment and working with crews in the field
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding work
Valid driver’s license required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Occasional overtime
Some Saturdays as needed
