Duties
- Coordinate daily operations of home care program.
- Schedule, provide direction, and manage home care staff.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of daily sheets and errand sheets prior to submitting for billing.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of timesheets and mileage of home care staff prior to submitting to payroll.
- Work and plan with Health Coordinator (RN).
- Assist with scheduling training hours for home care staff
- Evaluate home care staff annually in conjunction with Health Coordinator
- Maintain and provide documents required by funding agencies.
- Assure reimbursement requirements are followed.
- Provide monthly report to Executive Director
- Attend required six hours of training per year.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures.
- Must have computer skills and willing to learn programs and software.
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
- Management experience preferred.
Pay: $16.97 - $20.63 per hour
