Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the location, including sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, employee management, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate understands tire sales, automotive repair, services, and how to motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive tire, wheel, alignment, and automotive service sales
- Increase average ticket order and customer retention
- Develop relationships with commercial and fleet accounts
- Review daily sales reports and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure all estimates are presented professionally and closed effectively
Operations Management
- Manage daily store operations and workflow
- Ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and correctly
- Maintain proper inventory levels and control shrinkage
- Monitor labor productivity and technician efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
- Conduct performance reviews and accountability meetings
- Build a positive, customer-focused culture
- Schedule technicians and service advisors effectively
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
Financial Performance
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets
- Monitor margins on tires, labor, and parts
- Control expenses and maximize profitability
- Review key performance indicators weekly

Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in a tire shop, automotive repair facility, dealership, or service center
- Strong knowledge of tires, alignments, suspension, brakes, and automotive maintenance
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple employees and priorities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience reading and understanding financial reports preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must
