We currently have stores in Locust and Albemarle with a great team of employees and are looking for our next team member to join our tight-knit team.

The Mechanics Tire and Lube Tech Minimum Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Fill out a digital vehicle inspection on every vehicle.
- Complete assigned vehicle task in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Change oil.
- Mount and balance tires.
- Fix flat tires.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Maintain customer satisfaction with every vehicle.
- Maintain our core values.
- Produce 20+ billable hours per week.
Salary and compensation:
- $15-$17 per hour base rate, plus great commission!
- Weekly bonus opportunities.
- Estimated $41,000-$56,000 total compensation with no commission cap.

Desired Experience:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- 1+ years of professional automotive experience required.
- Full vehicle lookovers and digital vehicle inspections.
- Oil change experience required.
- Tire mounting, balancing, and flat repair experience required.
- Brake and suspension experience preferred but not required.
- Preventative maintenance services preferred but not required.
