Job Description:
This position is based in the Massry School of Business, a dynamic and AACSB-accredited institution committed to developing innovative, ethical, and globally minded business leaders.
This position will collaborate with the Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs and department chairs to support graduate student recruitment and enrollment; advance student success, retention, and experiential learning; and enhance the graduate student experience from admission through graduation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective graduate students through targeted outreach and communications to support enrollment growth across all the School's graduate programs.

Participate in graduate student engagement initiatives utilizing email campaigns, social media, EAB, and in-person/virtual events to promote student success, persistence, and timely degree completion.

Analyze graduate enrollment, retention, and completion data annually in partnership with the Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs; prepare trend analyses to support data-informed adjustments to recruitment, enrollment, and student success plans.

Supports the launch of the AI for Business program through recruitment and enrollment efforts, provides academic advisement, and facilitates internship placement for students.

Support and participate in graduate student-focused events, including orientation, student engagement programs, award ceremonies, and commencement

Serves as a liaison to the marketing manager to align outreach, promote the program, and strengthen industry and employer partnerships.

Manage MS-AI for Business (MS-DF) program operations, ensuring compliance with academic policies and program requirements.

Work with the Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs to coordinate academic and administrative operations for new full-time graduate programs (e.g., MS in AI for Business).

Support and participate in graduate student-focused events, including orientation, student engagement programs, award ceremonies, and commencement.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.

Two or more years of professional experience in a relevant area, such as academic program management, academic advising, or student support services.

Experience with student information systems, such as Slate, PeopleSoft, EAB, and Business Intelligence, or related software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graduate advisement and recruitment.

1 to 2 years of experience managing experiential learning programs.

Master's degree in education, business administration, or related field from a college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.

Professional experience working in the SUNY system.

Experience working with a graduate student population or graduate student records.
-
Experience with data collection, management, and analysis to support program evaluation, reporting, and informed decision-making.
