We are hiring Fire Sprinkler Helpers to support commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the fire protection trade.
This role offers hands-on training and a clear path to grow into a Fire Sprinkler Fitter and eventually lead your own crew.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial jobsites
- Support foreman and crew with daily tasks
- Load/unload materials and handle tools/equipment (up to 100 lbs)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team
Schedule
- Project hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Crew meet times: 4:00 – 5:30 AM
- Early start, early finish
Requirements
- Steel-toe boots REQUIRED
- Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, standing)
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive early
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
