SEEKING PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR FOR AUDIOLOGY PRACTICE

We are seeking a positive, compassionate, dependable, and charismatic Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing audiology practice. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments according to practice guidelines
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming office experience
- Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Access and maintain electronic medical records
- Process patient payments and collect insurance information
- Confirm appointments and make reminder calls
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Utilize office technology and software efficiently to complete daily tasks
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity concerns involving phones, apps, hearing aids, and streaming devices
- Organize and maintain the front office, including filing, mail distribution, inventory, and tracking office statistics
- Support Audiologists with delegated duties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in team meetings, office trainings, and company initiatives
- Assist with light housekeeping duties including restocking supplies, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a tidy office environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service experience required; medical office, hospitality, spa, or concierge experience preferred
- Strong computer and technical skills are essential
- High school diploma required; additional education or training preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional references required
