Our team handles quoting and backend processing. Your role is to follow our proven talk path, build trust, and close referral-quality prospects who have already requested help.
These are friendly, inbound conversations, not hard sells.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and referral-based quote requests
- Follow our structured sales process
- Present coverage options clearly and confidently
- Close new business and hand off to support team
- Maintain light follow-up as needed
Compensation
- Hourly base pay (1099)
- Commission as a percentage of premium written
- Uncapped earnings
- Full-time opportunity
Strong closers can earn well above industry average due to high-quality lead flow.
Requirements
- Active P&C license (any state)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (we assist)
- Strong phone presence
- Ability to follow a defined talk path
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Comfortable working remotely
