We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Coordinator to help identify new opportunities, build client relationships and support company growth
Responsibilities include prospecting for new accounts, presenting print+mail+fulfillment solutions, managing marketing communications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure we exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have experience or demonstrable ambition in B2B sales/marketing, networking, setting appointments, strong communications skills, and a track record of meeting goals. Room for advancement and professional development. Salary plus performance bonus. This is an in-office / field role.
Key Responsibilities:
● Network at events and locations where print buyers gather.
● Initiate prospect calls to set up appointments or virtual calls. 10 calls per day is a reasonable expectation.
● Help organize and host occasional open houses, corporate events and trade shows.
● Help identify new markets, industries, and opportunities aligned with the
company’s strengths.
● Handling personalized cold outreach emails and mail educational kits daily.
● Manage our sales funnel and CRM, schedule appointments and follow up
then track results.
● Help write and disseminate press releases and public announcements about FMC
Printing.
Qualifications:
● Excellent communications and persuasion skills.
● Demonstrable ability to overcome gatekeepers and connect with decision makers.
● At least 1 year of outbound cold calling, phone sales or B2B sales experience.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating across
teams.
● Business development or corresponding experience and/or relevant degree.
