Pay:
Compensation includes a base salary of $48,000–$52,000 plus a monthly performance bonus opportunity. Employees meeting performance expectations have a target annual earnings range of $59,000–$65,000.

About the Role
As our Operations Coordinator, you'll work closely with our leadership, sales, production, and customer service teams to keep jobs moving smoothly from the moment they're sold through completion.
You'll be responsible for coordinating communication, maintaining accurate records, tracking important information, and helping ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.
This is not a management position, but it is a highly visible role that directly impacts the success of the company.
What You'll Be Doing, Keeps Jobs Moving
- Coordinate sold jobs from Sales to Production
- Ensure job information is accurate and complete
- Verify photos, measurements, materials, and documentation
- Help prevent issues before they become problems
Support Daily Operations
- Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Help maintain production readiness
- Keep projects organized and on track
Own the Details
- Maintain customer records and job files
- Update ServiceTitan documentation
- Track open tasks and follow-up items
- Ensure information is accurate and accessible
Support Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Assist with operational reporting
- Track key metrics and scorecards
- Help managers stay informed and organized
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
