Overview
Seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a growing operations team and ensure the business runs efficiently, consistently, and with accountability.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is naturally organized, decisive, and comfortable managing people. Must be willing to be hands-on and present with the team when operational needs require it.
The ideal candidate is someone who can build trust with employees while still holding people accountable, who can move between strategic thinking and day-to-day problem solving, and who takes ownership when something isn't working. This team player should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can change quickly and strong communication is essential. This role will require a candidate that is comfortable working in a highly seasonal live event business, with the ability to shift focus between high-volume peak seasons and slower months. During slower periods, this role will focus on process improvement, training, organization, planning, and preparing the operation for the upcoming season.
If you are energized by bringing structure to a growing company, developing people, solving problems, and building an operation that runs exceptionally well, we'd love to hear from you.
