We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help support our inventory and shipping operations in a small, organized warehouse environment. We value reliability, organization, and pride in doing things right the first time.

What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for shipment
- Receive incoming inventory and organize stock areas
- Process outgoing and incoming precision medical equipment
- Label, organize, and maintain inventory shelves
- Assist with inventory counting and accuracy
- Stage parts or equipment for technicians
- Order supplies and office groceries
- Occasionally run errands, including dropping last-minute shipments off at UPS Store or other shipping drop point
- Help keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized with light cleaning, simple outdoor upkeep, and minor facility maintenance tasks
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Because this is a part-time, in-person role, strong preference will be given to candidates located within 10 miles of our Golden office to support scheduling flexibility and commute reliability
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a small-team setting
- Ability to lift up to ~40 lbs. occasionally
- Safe driving record and ability to operate a vehicle safely
- Pass drug test and criminal background check
- Non-existent or manageable animal allergies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Nice to Have (not required):
- Warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience
- Mechanical curiosity or interest in technical equipment
- Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, Shipstation, and similar tools

Schedule & Pay
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible weekday scheduling
- We’re happy to work with a consistent, predictable weekly schedule — ideal for someone balancing school, another role, or transitioning into part-time work
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
