El Patio on Rio Grande is looking for a jack of all trades in the kitchen! In this position you will work on the line, prepare and plate food.
Some essential functions include:
- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, appetizers and snacks.
- Washing and cleaning kitchen and cooking utensils.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Assist with putting away deliveries.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be familiar with kitchen equipment and kitchen processes
- Must be able to read labels on chemicals
- Must have knowledge of workplace safety procedures
