Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team with an amazing aerospace manufacturer located off the I-17 and Camelback. Deburr Operator-LAM 1st Shift, $18-$26/hr Schedule: M-F, 5:30 AM – 2 PM or Deburr Operator 2nd Shift, $18-$26/hr. plus $1/hr. shift differential Schedule: M-F, 2 PM – 10:30 PM.
Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Perform any combination of the following duties with direct supervision and on the job training for a minimum of six months.
- Complete Deburr operation per work order callout
- Complete any paperwork associated with their work instructions or job function.
- Perform work in all areas of shop as designated by supervision on an as needed basis.
- Keep work area clean at all times (5 S’s)
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High school diploma or GED
- Acceptable aptitudes and communication skills
- Minimum Vision requirements; Near and far vision of 20/30 in both eyes corrected or uncorrected
- Manuel dexterity to handle small delicate parts and hand held standard measuring equipment at the same time
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Excellent communication and cooperation.
- Entry level position with little or no prior relevant work experience
- Acquires basic skills to perform routine entry level operator tasks to operate
- Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
- Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

- Disc Sander
- Belt Sander

- Must frequently lift and or move up to 50lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to drive and operate a Forklift.
