Subtitle: RE-savvy admin to own daily mail, paperwork, and office operations for a Dallas–Fort Worth real estate investment firm
About us
Ninety9 Capital is a Dallas–Fort Worth real estate investment firm with holdings across single-family rentals, multifamily, title, and construction. We run a lean, fast-moving office in Plano. We're adding a part-time, in-office Office Administrator to own the paperwork and daily operational follow-up that keeps a multi-entity real estate business running clean.
The role
This is an in-office, part-time role (about 20 hours per week) at our Plano office. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing important slips through the cracks. We receive a high volume of mail every day across multiple entities — tax notices, insurance documents, lender correspondence, vendor invoices, regulatory filings — and we need someone who can tell what matters, act on it, and follow each item through to resolution rather than just sorting and stacking it.
Real estate familiarity is essential. The mail and paperwork are real-estate-specific, and we need someone who recognizes what they're looking at without a long learning curve.
What you'd own
- Sorting and triaging daily incoming mail across all company entities — identifying what's time-sensitive or important (tax, legal, insurance/COIs, lender, vendor, regulatory) and routing or acting accordingly
- Following up on open items through to resolution — making the calls, sending the emails, and closing the loop, not just flagging
- Organizing and maintaining company paperwork and filing systems, physical and digital, with care for original signed documents
- Serving as the in-office hands for our remote and offshore team members — scanning, routing packages, obtaining signatures, handling outbound mail
- General office administration and support to keep operations running smoothly
Who we're looking for
- Real estate background required — experience as an admin, coordinator, or assistant at a brokerage, title company, property management company, or real estate investment firm
- Sharp judgment: you can look at a stack of documents and know what's urgent, what can wait, and what to escalate
- Organized, reliable, and a strong follow-through habit — you don't let open items sit
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced office
- Local to the Plano / North Dallas area and available to work in-office
Compensation & logistics
- $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience
- Approximately 20 hours per week, part-time
- W-2 employee
- 100% in-office at our Plano office (5000 Legacy Drive)
- Flexible scheduling within standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Benefits:
Work Location: In person
