Position Reports to: Area Supervisor
General Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for Packer Assembly Operations. This would include the entire process from start to finish, scheduling coordination, input and output.
Essential Duties:
- Operations of Packer Assembly
- Communicate results and concerns to management for decision-making criteria
- Support normal daily production and manage overall staffing in the Packer department
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively
- Identify and analyze subjective and objective data to identify problems and make suggestions related to overall proper specification of process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in assembly required
- Experience using a variety of assembly and manufacturing procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawingsMust be able to understand production quality and outflow impacts, and able to judge the product quality level
- Have examples of past leadership roles
